The Chapter Excellence Awards program, established in 1974, recognizes and rewards AMA professional chapters’ outstanding achievements in leadership, finance, membership, programming, and communications. Chapters are evaluated in all areas of chapter operations, such as strategic planning, volunteer management, membership engagement, programming delivery, and financial management.
For the board year 2018-2019 AMA Omaha won 4 CEA awards: Finance Excellence, Leadership Excellence, Membership Excellence and Programming Excellence.
