Hello AMA Omaha!
I am honored to be the President for the 2018 – 2019 year; and to be working with an amazing team of professionals that will serve as your new Board to continue making our Chapter a success.
Our theme for this year is the Ripple Effect. Start a ripple. Make an impact. Our Chapter is a real community of professionals helping each other to achieve their career goals. We provide connections and opportunities for forming a strong network and forward mobility. A ripple starts small, but over time it will grow and new ripples will be formed.
I would also like to thank you for your commitment, involvement and support for our Chapter. With 150+ marketing professionals we really do support the AMA mission of being the most relevant force and voice shaping marketing around the world. We are the essential community for marketers.
AMA offers a robust perspective that understands marketers are expected to provide both solutions for today, and solutions for tomorrow. Our Chapter will continue to serve as your local resource that provides a forum for discussion and feedback on key industry issues and trends impacting the marketing field. We will provide opportunities for networking, professional and personal growth as well as continued education.
I encourage you to continue attending our events, to volunteer and take advantage of all our member benefits. I encourage you to share your ideas, opinions and ask questions. Most of all, I encourage you to start a ripple, and watch it spread across our Chapter.
